The equipment comprises a lower side box body, wherein a middle cylinder is rotationally arranged in the lower side box body, a rotating matching device for rotating the middle cylinder to facilitate subsequent pouring of concrete is arranged in the lower side box body, and a containing box body is arranged in the middle cylinder;and a top block is arranged on the outer side of the containing box body, the middle cylinder is internally provided with an extending matching device for driving the top block to ascend and descend so as to facilitate the containing box body extending out of the middle cylinder, and a bottom supporting device for supporting the containing box body from the top is arranged in the middle cylinder.The equipment is simple in structure, the equipment adopts a mode that a belt wheel drives a screw to rotate at the same time, so that sliding blocks drive a connecting rod to swing to enable a cement-loaded box body to be lifted and then fully poured out to avoid cement adhesion, the cement can be conveyed to a lower area of a floor, and the workload of personnel is relieved.
