The invention discloses a construction method for dismantling a building wall. The construction method comprises the following steps that an adjusting motor and upper and lower supporting mechanisms operate cooperatively, and the upper supporting mechanism is made to abut against a ceiling; a wall breaking cutter wheel set is installed at the power output end of a driving motor; after the wall breaking cutter wheel set is aligned to an initial point to be cut, and a horizontal advancing member, a vertical advancing member, a rotary driving member and the driving motor are matched to enable thewall breaking cutter wheel set to cut and break the wall; a wall breaking drill bit set is installed on a bearing shell and is in power connection with the driving motor; after the wall breaking drill bit set is aligned to a drilling point to be impacted, the horizontal advancing member is matched with the driving motor to enable the wall breaking drill bit set to impact and break the wall, afteroperation is finished, the driving motor stops running, and the horizontal advancing member reversely runs to enable the wall breaking drill bit set to be far away from the wall; and the vertical advancing member operates, and a worker moves a height-adjustable mounting device, so that the wall breaking drill bit set is aligned with a next drilling point to be impacted.
