The invention discloses a three-dimensional charging garage and a bus three-dimensional charging garage. The three-dimensional charging garage comprises a multilayer tower garage, a plurality of parking garage positions and a vehicle carrying frame which are adaptively changed according to the size of stored vehicles. Power sockets communicating with external power supplies are arranged in vehiclestorage areas on two sides of the multilayer tower garage; the vehicle carrying frame comprises a lifting comb frame and a lifting structure capable of lifting and moving, a charging plate is arranged on the lifting comb frame, and the charging plate is provided with a charging wire for being inserted into a vehicle and a charging plug for being matched with the corresponding power socket; and the parking garage positions are arranged in the multilayer tower garage layer by layer and correspondingly arranged on the vehicle storage areas respectively, and comprise parking comb frames and transverse moving structures. According to the scheme provided by the invention, the vehicle and the charging plate move to the corresponding parking comb frame together and the vehicle is charged directlyafter moving to the corresponding vehicle storage area while being lifted and carries, so that charging can be performed on each parking garage position without waiting, and the requirements of morecustomers can be met.
