The invention discloses a garage capable of ascending and descending vertically and a vehicle parking and taking method. The garage comprises a garage body, the interior of the garage body is providedwith five rows of vertical channels, the vertical channel in the middle is a lifting channel, the interior of the lifting channel is provided with a hoister, the two sides of the lifting channel areprovided with two rows of vehicle parking channels, and a plurality of layers of vehicle parking spots are distributed in the vehicle parking channels on the two sides of the lifting channel, and thevehicle parking spots are internally provided with translation motors; and during using, an empty parking spot needs to be reserved in the outer side parking spots and is used for deploying a parked vehicle, according to the implementation solution, parking spots on the inner side are used at first, parking spots on the outer side are not used, the vehicles on the inner side are moved to the outerside when parked again, if the inner side one of two vehicles needs to be taken, the vehicle on the outer side is moved to the empty spot, then the vehicle on the inner side is taken, and action of parking and taking is completed. According to the garage, the occupied area of parking can be saved, the interior of one garage is provided with the multiple vertical parking channels, a lot of vehicles can be parked, and by arranging the hoister, the translation motors and rotary discs, vehicle parking and taking are convenient and fast.
