The invention relates to the field of construction, and particularly discloses an anti-seismic steel skeleton and an anti-seismic wall containing the anti-seismic steel skeleton. The anti-seismic steel skeleton comprises a steel plate and further comprises a first connecting sheet with elasticity; two first plugholes and two second plugholes are formed in the steel plate; the two first plugholes and the two second plugholes are symmetrically arranged along the vertical centrer line in the side surface of the steel plate; one end of the first connecting sheet penetrates through one of the firstplugholes and is positioned outside the first plughole; the other end of the first connecting sheet penetrates through the other plughole and is positioned outside the plughole; the end, away from the first plugholes, of the first connecting sheet can be embedded into second plugholes in another steel plate; and the first connecting sheet is welded at the positions of the first plugholes and thesecond plugholes. According to the scheme, the first plugholes and the second plugholes are welded with the first connecting sheet, the welding stability can be effectively improved and welding pointsare not prone to breaking or cracking; and at the same time, the sheet-shaped first connecting sheet can enhance the welding strength with the steel plate, and the situation that the welding points are prone to breaking or cracking can be further avoided.
