Connecting structure of main pole and auxiliary pole of urban road integrated poles
The invention discloses a connecting structure of a main pole and an auxiliary pole of urban road integrated poles. The connecting structure comprises at least a connecting plate, a stiffening plate,a flange, bolts and a pipe body, wherein the connecting plate is fixedly connected to the main pole, the connecting plate and the flange are fixedly connected through the stiffening plate, the flangeis fixedly connected to the main pole through the bolts, and the pipe body runs through the stiffening plate. The connecting structure provided by the invention not only considers the waterproof problem at the joint of the main and auxiliary pole and increases the load bearing capacity of the bolts while increasing the flange stiffness, but also provides a more convenient tapping connection methodcompared with galvanization and construction of threaded holes.
本发明公开了一种城市道路综合杆的主干副杆连接构造,至少包括连接板、加劲板、法兰、螺栓和管体;所述连接板与主杆固定连接,所述连接板和所述法兰之间通过所述加劲板固定连接,所述法兰通过所述螺栓与副杆固定连接,所述加劲板上穿设所述管体。本发明不但考虑了主、副杆连接处的防水问题,增加法兰刚度的同时增大了螺栓可承受荷载的能力,另外开孔的连接方式比螺纹孔镀锌和施工更方便。
