The invention relates to the field of municipal construction, in particular to a municipal water supply pipeline, a water distribution pipe network and a municipal water supply system. The municipal water supply pipeline comprises a pipeline body, two or more sliding rails arranged on the pipeline body, and two sealing pipes slidably connected with the sliding rails; the sliding rails are locatedon the outer wall at a pipe opening of the pipeline body, and the sliding rails are parallel to the axis of the pipeline body; and the sealing pipes are coaxial with the pipeline body, the sealing pipes are connected with the pipeline body in a sealed mode, and each sealing pipe is connected with a sealing pipe on a corresponding adjacent pipeline body in a sealed mode. The phenomena of water leakage during water supply of the municipal water distribution pipe network are reduced.
