Combined reinforced concrete bracket column and preparation method thereof
The invention discloses a combined reinforced concrete bracket column which comprises a base and a column body. The base and the column body are connected and fixed through an anchoring agent. The preparation method of the combined reinforced concrete bracket column comprises the steps that a base model, a column body model and a core mold are manufactured and connected; steel bars are arranged inthe base model and the column body model in the stress direction, and meanwhile embedded parts and hole forming devices are arranged at the corresponding positions in the models; concrete is preparedand injected into the base model and the column body model, and then vibration forming is conducted; steam curing on the concrete is carried out to solidify and mold the base and the column body; thebase model, the column body model and the core mold are removed to form the base and the column body which are provided with reverse double-helix DNA fragment type structure grooves; and finally, thebase and the column body are connected and fixed through the anchoring agent. The combined reinforced concrete bracket column provided by the invention can be prefabricated in a factory and assembledon site, has the building characteristics of convenience, high efficiency, less pollution, high strength, high mechanical property and convenience in precision control, and is suitable for the technical field of building construction.
