The invention discloses a blank making device of an aluminum oxide hollow ball brick and a blank making method, and relates to the field of aluminum oxide hollow ball brick preparation. The aluminum oxide hollow ball brick is composed of the following substances including, by weight, 45-50 parts of aluminum oxide powder, 25-30 parts of aluminum oxide hollow microsphere particles, 10-15 parts of coating slurry and 10-15 parts of clay. According to the blank making device, through the arrangement of a hot air channel, a cold air channel and a vent hole, the hot air channel is formed in a fixed mold, and the cold air channel is formed in a movable mold, so that when raw materials in the fixed mold and the movable mold need to be dried, a user starts a hot air blower through an operation table, and a second air inlet pipe extracts external air; and air enters the hot air channel after being heated by an air heater and circulates in the hot air channel, and meanwhile, hot air flows into thecold air channel, so that the inner walls of the fixed mold and the movable mold can be heated, heating of parts, in contact with the molds, of the raw materials is improved, and the drying and forming efficiency of the raw materials is further improved.
本发明公开了一种氧化铝空心球砖的制坯装置及其制坯方法,涉及氧化铝空心球砖制备领域。由下列重量份物质组成:45~50份氧化铝粉末;25~30份氧化铝空心微球颗粒;10~15份包覆浆液;10~15份粘土;本发明通过设置有热气通道、冷气通道和通气孔,因热气通道开设于定模具的内部,冷气通道开设于动模具的内部,当需要对定模具和动模具内的原料进行烘干时,使用者通过操作台启动热风机,以使第二进气管抽取外部空气,空气经热风机加热后会进入至热气通道内,并在热气通道内流通,同时热气会流入至冷气通道内,从而可对定模具和动模具的内壁进行加热,以使原料与模具相接触的部位的受热提高,进而提高了原料的烘干成型效率。
