The invention discloses an efficient cement chromium removal grinding aid, and relates to the technical field of cement admixtures. The problem that the removal rate of hexavalent chromium is low is solved. The additive specifically comprises the following components in percentage by weight: 20% of water, 30% of alcohol amine compounds, 49% of yield increasing powder, 0.4% of a reinforcing agent and 0.6% of a reducing agent. The alcohol amine compound is triethanolamine; the preparation method of the reinforcing agent comprises the following steps: taking 65% of the aluminum slag, 12% of the silicon sludge, 13% of the carbide slag and 10% of the wet discharged fly ash, uniformly mixing and stirring the components, putting the mixture into a blank forming machine to form a blank, aging theblank-formed product for 24 hours, and drying the product. The efficient reducing agent is added into the formula of the grinding aid, so that the hexavalent chromium ions in cement can be effectivelyreduced into trivalent chromium ions, the hexavalent chromium ions are radioactive, the trivalent chromium ions are stable and harmless; multiple reducing agents are used at the same time, so that itis guaranteed that the mixing amount is low, the using effect is good, preparation is easy and efficient, and the cost is low.
本发明公开了高效水泥去铬助磨剂,涉及水泥外加剂技术领域;为了解决六价铬的去除率较低问题;具体包括以下重量组成分:水20%、醇胺类化合物30%、提产粉49%、增强剂0.4%、还原剂0.6%;所述醇胺类化合物为三乙醇胺;所述增强剂的制备方法,包括如下步骤:取铝渣65%、硅污泥12%、电石渣各13%和湿排粉煤灰10%,混合搅拌均匀,将混合物放至成坯机中成坯,将成坯后的产物进行陈化24h后进行干燥。本发明在助磨剂配方里加高效还原剂,能有效将水泥里的六价铬离子还原成三价铬离子,六价铬离子有放射性,三价铬离子稳定无害,多种还原剂同时使用,保证了掺量低,使用效果好,制备简单高效,成本低。
