The invention belongs to the technical field of recycled building materials, and particularly relates to recycled concrete and a preparation method and application thereof. In the method, the recycledcoarse aggregate is adopted to replace part of natural aggregate to prepare the recycled concrete, the energy consumption of the recycled concrete is 25% of the energy consumption of concrete obtained by completely adopting the natural aggregate, the cost is reduced by 12.5%; meanwhile, the CO2 emission can be reduced by 20%, so that the energy is saved, and the environment is protected. During preparation, a cementing material and water are firstly added by adopting a secondary stirring process to form high-water-cement-ratio slurry, then recycled coarse aggregate is added, the slurry permeates into micro-cracks of the recycled coarse aggregate, and a cement slurry shell is formed on the surface of the slurry, so that the strength of the recycled coarse aggregate is enhanced, and the overall strength of the recycled concrete is improved; therefore, the finally prepared concrete meets the construction requirements of subgrade and pavement of residential districts.
本发明属于再生建筑材料技术领域,具体涉及一种再生混凝土及其制备方法和应用。本发明采用再生粗骨料取代部分天然骨料制备再生混凝土,其能耗是全部采用天然骨料获得混凝土能耗的25%,且成本降低了12.5%,同时可减少20%的CO2排放量,不仅节约了能源还有利于保护环境。制备时采用二次搅拌工艺先加入胶凝材料和水,形成高水灰比泥浆,再加入再生粗骨料,泥浆渗透到再生粗骨料微裂缝中,并在其表面形成水泥浆壳,强化了再生粗骨料的强度,从而提高再生混凝土整体强度,使最终制得的混凝土满足住宅小区路基路面的施工要求。
