The invention discloses a gypsum board with superstrong fireproof performance. The gypsum board is composed of the following components in percentage by weight: 3-5% of modified starch, 0.2-0.5% of retarder, 0.1-0.2% of water reducing agent, 0.5-2% of air entraining agent, 2-5% of waterborne polyurethane, 5-8% of corundum powder and the balance of desulfurized gypsum powder. In order to achieve the super-strong fireproof performance, corundum powder with the fireproof temperature reaching 1500 DEG C or above is added into the gypsum board; meanwhile, in order to further improve the fireproof performance of the gypsum board, organic silicon modified starch aqueous emulsion and silane modified waterborne polyurethane are further added into the gypsum board, so that at high temperature, a compact net-shaped structure is formed in the gypsum board, so that the effects of locking moisture and other gas components and preventing fuming are achieved, and the gypsum board is safe and reliable.
本发明公开了一种具有超强防火性能的石膏板,由以下重量百分比的成分组成:改性淀粉3‑5%、缓凝剂0.2‑0.5%、减水剂0.1‑0.2%、引气剂0.5‑2%、水性聚氨酯2‑5%、刚玉粉5‑8%和脱硫石膏粉余量。为了达到超强的防火性能,本发明的石膏板中加入了耐火温度达到1500℃以上的刚玉粉,同时为了进一步提升石膏板的防火性能,本发明中还加入了有机硅改性淀粉水乳液和硅烷改性水性聚氨酯,可以在高温情况下,在石膏板内部形成致密的网状结构,从而达到锁住水分和其它气体成分,防止发烟的效果,安全可靠。
