Method for synthesizing high-performance dispersing agent from 3-methyl-2-nitrobenzoic acid wastewater
The invention provides a method for synthesizing a high-performance dispersing agent from 3-methyl-2-nitrobenzoic acid wastewater, which comprises the following steps: adding wastewater into a reaction kettle, adding a sulfonating agent, uniformly stirring and mixing the components, adding a certain amount of sodium hydroxide water solution to regulate the pH value, adding a modifier, uniformly stirring and mixing the components, sulfonating the raw materials, keeping the temperature, and dropwisely adding acetone to obtain the high-performance dispersing agent. After acetone is dropwise added, continuously dropwise adding formaldehyde, carrying out condensation reaction and heat preservation, and cooling a reaction product after heat preservation is completed. The dispersing agent is modified by utilizing the 3-methyl-2-nitrobenzoic acid wastewater; meanwhile, modifiers such as sodium lignin sulfonate and sulfonated papermaking black liquor are introduced, and the modifiers are grafted into the molecular structure of the dispersing agent through sulfonation, condensation and block polymerization, so that the dispersity, the adaptability, the stability and the air entraining property of the dispersing agent are effectively improved; the dispsersing agent has an excellent dispersing effect in cement or coal water slurry, and has an obvious slump retaining effect in concrete.
本发明提供了一种3‑甲基‑2‑硝基苯甲酸废水合成高性能分散剂的方法,包括以下步骤:向反应釜中加入废水,再加入磺化剂,搅拌混合均匀,加入一定量的氢氧化钠水溶液调节pH值,加入改性剂,搅拌混合均匀,磺化保温,滴加丙酮,丙酮滴加完毕后,继续缓慢滴加甲醛,滴加完毕后,缩合保温,保温结束降温即可。本发明利用3‑甲基‑2‑硝基苯甲酸废水改性分散剂的同时,引入木质素磺酸钠、磺化造纸黑液等改性剂,经磺化、缩合,通过嵌段聚合的方式接枝到分散剂的分子结构中,有效增加了分散剂的分散性、适应性、稳定性和引气性,在水泥或者水煤浆中有极好的分散作用,在混凝土中保坍作用明显。
