The invention discloses a road concrete stirring and paving integrated device, and the device comprises a movable supporting plate which comprises left and right support plates which rotates oppositely, and a wheel body, wherein a first slideway is longitudinally arranged on the left support plate, and a second slideway butted with the first slideway is arranged on the right support plate; a sliding base which is connected to the left supporting plate and the right supporting plate in a left-right moving mode; a stirring device which is arranged at the top end of the sliding base, wherein thestirring device comprises a box body, the box body is divided into a material chamber and a stirring chamber, and the material chamber is divided into a mixing chamber and a water storage chamber; a mixing rod is arranged inside the top end of the mixing chamber; first holes and second holes are formed in the bottom end of the mixing chamber in a staggered manner; a spray pipe communicated with the water storage chamber is arranged inside the top end of the stirring chamber. The one-time pouring area of concrete is enlarged through butt joint of the left support plate and the right support plate, the concrete pouring efficiency is improved, the stirring device is combined to accelerate the stirring efficiency, and the stirring and laying are combined together, so the construction period iseffectively shortened on the premise that the quality is guaranteed.
