Prestressed beam string structure and tensioning method thereof
The invention provides a prestressed beam string tensioning end structure which comprises a fixed plate and a movable plate, the fixed plate and the movable plate are the same in structure and connected through a through screw, the fixed plate comprises a first plate body, a second plate body and a third plate body which are integrally formed in a welded mode and sequentially arranged, and the first plate body, the second plate body and the third plate body are each of a rectangular structure. A U-shaped opening is formed in one side of the first plate, a second hole is formed in the center ofthe second plate, the third plate is formed by connecting two symmetrically-arranged plates in a butt joint mode, and a third hole is formed in the middle of the third plate. The second hole and thethird hole are through holes of which one sides are provided with arc-shaped structures corresponding to the U-shaped openings and the other sides are closed; corresponding positioning holes are formed in the edges of the four corners of the first plate, the second plate and the third plate. The invention is simple in structure, a reasonable tool clamp is adopted, operation is easy and convenient,and the working intensity is low; the construction cost is reduced, and the social benefit is increased.
本发明提供一种预应力张弦梁张拉端结构,包括固定板和活动板,所述固定板和活动板结构相同且通过对穿螺杆连接,所述固定板包括一体焊接成型的且依次排列设置的第一板、第二板和第三板,所述第一板、第二板和第三板均为矩形结构,所述第一板一侧设置有U形开口,所述第二板中心设置第二孔,所述第三板由两个对称设置的板对接而成,中间形成第三孔;所述第二孔和第三孔为一侧设置与U形开口相应的弧形结构,另一侧封闭的贯穿孔;所述第一板、第二板和第三板的四角边缘设置有对应的定位孔。本发明结构简单,采用了合理的工装夹具,操作简单方便,工作强度低;约了施工成本、增加了社会效益。
