Self-adaptive decontamination device
The invention discloses a self-adaptive decontamination device. The self-adaptive decontamination device comprises a base, a rod barrel, a cutter head frame, a hydraulic adjusting cylinder assembly, arotating shaft, elastic elements, polyurethane rollers and a scraper, wherein the rod barrel is mounted in the base in a sleeving manner, the rotating shaft is arranged between a head end plate of the rod barrel and the cutter head frame, and the elastic elements are mounted between the head end plate of the rod barrel and the cutter head frame; the polyurethane rollers are arranged on the outerside of the cutter head frame, and the scraper is connected to one end of the cutter head frame; and one end of the hydraulic adjusting cylinder assembly is connected with the rod barrel, the other end of the hydraulic adjusting cylinder assembly is connected with the base, and the hydraulic adjusting cylinder assembly comprises a pressure reducing valve, an overflow valve, an energy accumulator,a hydraulic-control one-way valve and a telescopic oil cylinder. According to the self-adaptive decontamination device, the phenomena that in the prior art, a scraper knife needs to be manually held for cleaning operations, the labor intensity is high, and casualties are possibly caused by the severe field environment, are avoided.
本发明公开了一种自适应除污装置，包括基座、杆筒、刀盘架、液压调整缸组件、旋转轴、弹性元件、聚氨酯滚轮、刮刀，其中：杆筒套装在基座内，杆筒的头部端板与刀盘架之间设置有旋转轴，弹性元件安装在杆筒的头部端板与刀盘架之间；刀盘架外侧装有聚氨酯滚轮，刀盘架的一端连接有刮刀；液压调整缸组件一端与杆筒连接，另一端与基座连接，液压调整缸组件包括减压阀、溢流阀、蓄能器、液控单向阀和伸缩油缸。本发明的自适应除污装置避免了现有技术需要人工手持铲刀清理作业、劳动强度大、现场环境恶劣等可能造成人员伤亡的现象。
