The invention discloses a construction method of a soft soil foundation hydraulic hammering type prestressed concrete pipe pile. The method comprises the steps of determining a pile position point; selecting a hydraulic pile driver and determining a pile driving sequence; welding a pile tip at one end of the prestressed concrete pipe pile, wherein convex edge parts are arranged on a pile body of the prestressed concrete pipe pile along a bus, a grouting main pipe is pre-buried in each convex edge part, and a plurality of pairs of grouting branch pipes communicating with the grouting main pipeare vertically connected to the outer wall of the grouting main pipe; hoisting the prestressed concrete pipe pile with the pile tip to the pile position point to start hydraulic hammering for pile sinking; when the distance between the upper end of the prestressed concrete pipe pile and the ground is 0.7-1 m, stopping pile driving, and performing pile extension; sinking the prestressed concrete pipe pile with the pile tip to a designed elevation or a designed penetration degree; and grouting the grouting main pipe. The construction method is short in construction period and high in efficiency.
