The invention discloses a construction method of a high fill embankment at a marsh area with a sand pile drainage plate composite foundation. The method comprises the steps that sand pile constructionis performed on a soft soil foundation; a plurality of plastic drainage plates are inserted into the soft soil foundation; a lower-layer geogrid, a middle-layer geogrid and an upper-layer geogrid arelaid on the joint face of a sand cushion layer and the soft soil foundation, the interior of the sand cushion layer and the top of the sand cushion layer respectively, a plurality of mounting openings are formed in the lower-layer geogrid, a plurality of reinforcing frameworks are arranged in the sand cushion layer, each reinforcing framework is correspondingly embedded into one mounting opening,each reinforcing framework is correspondingly arranged above one sand pile, the reinforcing frameworks and the middle layer geogrids are connected together through rigid connecting pieces, and grouting pipes are pre-buried in the sand cushion layer; the piled and unpiled preloading fill is unloaded, and a high fill embankment is laid on the sand cushion layer; and cement paste is injected into the sand cushion layer through the grouting pipe, and maintenance is performed till the sand cushion layer is solidified into a rigid cushion layer. The stability of the high fill embankment is improved, and deformation and diseases of the high fill embankment are reduced.
本发明公开了一种沼泽地区砂桩排水板复合地基高填方路堤施工方法,包括:在软土地基上进行砂桩施工;在软土地基内插设多个塑料排水板;在砂垫层与软土地基的衔接面、砂垫层的内部以及砂垫层的顶部分别铺设下层、中间层和上层土工格栅,在下层土工格栅开设多个安装开口,在砂垫层的内部设置多个增强骨架,每个增强骨架对应嵌入一个安装开口内部,每个增强骨架对应设置于一个砂桩的上方,通过刚性连接件将增强骨架与中间层土工格栅连接在一起,在砂垫层的内部预埋注浆管;卸除堆卸预压填土,在砂垫层上铺设高填方路堤;通过注浆管向砂垫层注入水泥浆,养护至砂垫层固化成为刚性垫层。本发明提高了高填方路堤的稳定性,减小高填方路堤变形和病害。
