The construction operation comprises the following steps of a, centering a pile position of a bidirectional stirring pile machine, and starting a drilling machine to drill downwards to stir cement soil; b, lifting a drill rod to stir the cement soil, repeating the step a and the step b, and completing construction of the non-expanded-base section of the stirring pile; c, adjusting the length of stirring blades, and constructing an expanded-base section of the stirring pile; d, repeating the stepa and the step b to complete the construction of the expanded-base section of the stirring pile; e, performing pile pressing construction on the reinforced concrete precast pile; f, taking soil from an expanded-base cavity; g, sinking a reinforcement cage; h, pouring concrete into the expanded-base cavity; and i, completing construction of the expanded-base composite pile. The advantages of rigidity and softness of a single expanded-base rigid pile and the stirring pile are sufficiently exerted, the unit material strength utilization rate and the pile end resistance are effectively improved, and good economical efficiency and wide application prospects are achieved.
