The invention belongs to the technical field of civil engineering construction, particularly relates to a foundation pit pile sinking type excavation method and device, and aims at providing a foundation pit earthwork honeycomb array type excavation method which reduces earthwork lightering and reduces the occupied area of an on-site earthwork storage yard. The method comprises the steps of firstly, performing area division on a foundation pit excavation array to form a plurality of subarea soil layers, and driving an I-type soil taking tool pipe into the soil layers to form boundaries; driving an II-type soil taking tool pipe into the subarea soil layers, performing two-layer excavation, after excavation of the first layer of soil body is completed, performing reserved soil excavation onthe second layer of soil body, and repeating the steps until the reserved soil area is left; and finally, driving the II-type soil taking tool pipe, sequentially transferring the soil taking tool pipes, and completing foundation pit earth excavation. The device is a soil taking tool pipe and comprises a hollow pipe body and a bottom one-way non-return mechanism, wherein the one-way non-return mechanism comprises two soil retaining plates which are connected in a spliced mode, one sides close to each other, of the two soil retaining plates are hinged and connected to a positioning rod, and thedevice further comprises three limiting stop rods.
本发明属于土木工程施工技术领域,特别涉及一种基坑沉桩式开挖方法及装置,目的在于提供一种基坑土方蜂窝阵列式开挖方法,减少了土方驳运,减小了现场土方堆场占地。该方法先对基坑开挖阵列进行区域划分,形成若干分区土层,并打入I型取土工具管形成边界;然后在分区土层内打入II型取土工具管,分两层开挖,第一层土体开挖完成后,对第二层土体进行留土开挖,并重复,直至剩下留土区域;最后打入II型取土工具管,依次移运取土工具管,完成基坑土方开挖。装置为取土工具管,包括中空管体和底部单向止回机构,单向止回机构包括拼接连接的两块挡土板,两块挡土板相互靠近的一侧分别与定位杆铰接连接,还包括三根限位挡杆。
