The invention provides a reinforced soil retaining wall concrete panel structure and module. The reinforced soil retaining wall concrete panel module comprises a block-shaped body (10), a filling hole(101), a middle rib (106), an alignment hole (103) and adjusting holes (104). The filling hole (101) is formed in the block-shaped body; the middle rib (106) is connected between a front end panel (105) and a rear end panel (107), and the middle rib is located at the outer side of the filling hole (101); the alignment hole (103) used for inserting of an anchoring rod (2) is formed in the block-shaped body, and the alignment hole (103) is formed at the outer side or the front side of the filling hole (101); and the adjusting holes (104) which are matched with the alignment hole are through straight holes and are formed in the front end panel (105) and located at the left side and the right side or the front side of the alignment hole (103), and the area of the adjusting holes (104) is larger than that of the alignment hole (103). The reinforced soil retaining wall concrete panel structure is linear, arc-shaped or broken line-shaped.
