Bolt connecting structure and connecting method between cast steel joint and connecting component thereof
The invention provides a bolt connecting structure and connecting method between a cast steel joint and a connecting component thereof. The connecting structure comprises the cast steel joint and a round steel pipe, wherein sealing plates are respectively arranged at the connecting end of the cast steel joint and the connecting end of the round steel pipe, a #-shaped stiffening rib is arranged onthe inner side of each sealing plate, and connecting pieces are connected to the outer sides of each sealing plate; four connecting pieces are arranged on each sealing plate and welded to the four quadrants of the plane of each sealing plate, the outer diameters of two opposite connecting pieces of the welded connecting pieces are the same as the outer diameters of the pipe walls of the cast steeljoint and the round steel pipe, and the outer diameters of the other two opposite connecting pieces are obtained by subtracting the thicknesses of the connecting pieces from the outer diameters of the pipe walls of the steel pipe; and the phase difference of the two sealing plates is 90 degrees, so that the connecting pieces on the sealing plates form bayonets to be assembled together, and finally the sealing plates are fixed to the connecting pieces through bolts. The connecting strength of the joint is improved, and brittle failure is not prone to occur.
本发明提供一种铸钢节点与其连接构件之间螺栓连接结构及连接方法,该连接结构包括铸钢节点、圆钢管,所述铸钢节点和所述圆钢管的连接端头分别设置有一个封板,每个所述的封板的内侧设有“井”字形加劲肋,外侧设有连接片,每个所述的封板上的连接片设置有四个,焊接在封板平面的四个象限,焊接完成的连接片其中相对的两片外径与铸钢节点和圆钢管的管壁外径相同,剩余相对的两片外径为钢管管壁外径减去连接片厚度,两个所述的封板的相位差为90°使得其上的连接片形成卡口装配在一起,最后在所述的连接片上通过螺栓固定。本发明提高了节点的连接强度,不容易出现脆性破坏。
