Fabricated column structure system of steel structure and mounting method thereof
The invention relates to a fabricated column structure system of a steel structure. The fabricated column structure system comprises main columns, distribution columns, steel beams, connecting lacingpieces, gusset plates and high-strength bolts. The corresponding gusset plates are welded to the corresponding connecting positions of the main columns, the distribution columns, the steel beams and the connecting lacing pieces, bolt holes are formed in the gusset plates, webs of the steel beams are connected with the main columns through the high-strength bolts, the distribution columns are connected with the steel beams through end plates via the high-strength bolts, the connecting lacing pieces are connected with the main columns and the distribution columns through the high-strength bolts,and according to the structural arrangement manner, the linear or L-shaped or T-shaped or cross-shaped column structure system is formed through assembling. According to the structural system, various column shapes can be achieved according to the structural form, meanwhile, the size of a single steel column can be reduced, the single steel column is in an assembly type, the convex column problemcaused by the too large column section in a residential structure is solved while the vertical and horizontal bearing capacity of the structure is met, the effective use area of a building is increased, and the system is especially suitable for steel structure residences or office buildings.
本发明是一种钢结构的装配式柱结构体系,包括主柱、分布柱、钢梁、连接缀件、节点板以及高强螺栓;主柱、分布柱、钢梁、连接缀件在相应的连接位置均焊接对应节点板,节点板上开螺栓孔,钢梁的腹板与主柱用高强螺栓连接,分布柱与钢梁采用端板通过高强螺栓连接,连接缀件与主柱、分布柱采用高强螺栓连接并根据结构布置形式,组装形成一形或L形、或T形或十字形的柱结构体系。本结构体系按照结构形式可以实现多种柱形,同时还可减小单根钢柱的尺寸并为装配式,在满足结构竖向及水平承载力的同时解决了住宅结构中由于柱截面过大导致的凸柱问题,增加了建筑的有效使用面积;尤其适用于钢结构住宅或办公建筑中应用。
