The invention discloses a plate-rafter integrated roof structure and a construction method thereof. The plate-rafter integrated roof structure comprises a first keel frame, a double-formwork assemblyis installed at the top of the first keel frame, a second keel frame is installed at the top of the double-formwork assembly, and the first keel frame, the double-formwork assembly and the second keelframe are fixed into a whole through water stop screws; the water stop screws are distributed in a rectangular array; and the double-formwork assembly comprises a bottom formwork, a prefabricated rafter formwork box, rafters, a beam plate assembly and a top formwork. According to the the plate-rafter integrated roof structure, the first keel frame and the second keel frame can support and limit the double-formwork assembly from the top position and the bottom position, so that the stability of concrete filling is guaranteed; and due to the arrangement of the bottom formwork and the top formwork, the beam plate assembly can be further restrained and positioned from the upper position and the lower position, so that the concrete forming effect is further improved.
