The invention discloses a viewing footpath system of a miscellaneous building archaized roof and a construction method thereof. The viewing footpath system comprises stand columns, a footpath and guardrails; the stand columns are arranged at the top of the miscellaneous building archaized roof at intervals, and the heights of the set of stand columns are different; each stand column comprises a stand column body and a mortar exterior facing layer; a waterproof layer extends upwards from the root of each stand column body and is fixed to the outer surface of the stand column body; each mortar exterior facing layer is smeared on the outer side of the corresponding waterproof layer; a steel wire mesh is arranged in each mortar exterior facing layer; the footpath is arranged at the tops of theset of stand columns and is divided into a step section and a flat road section in the long axial direction of the footpath; platforms are arranged on the step section at intervals; the footpath comprises a bottom plate, a mortar bonding layer and a rough-surface granite plate which are sequentially arranged from bottom to top; and the guardrails comprise handrails, mounting grooves, glass breastboards and grating boards. According to the viewing footpath system, the technical problems that a traditional sloping roof cannot allow people to enter or the safety of people cannot be ensured after people get on the sloping roof are solved, and the technical problems that traditional guardrails are heavier, poor in appearance effect and more difficult to maintain are also solved.
