The turntable mechanism comprises a top sliding groove and a suspension arm, wherein the top sliding groove is formed in the middle of the upper plate, the suspension arm is arranged in the top sliding groove in a sliding fit mode, a suspension rope is mounted at one end of the suspension arm, a sliding sleeve is arranged at the other end of the suspension arm in a sliding fit mode, a balance box is connected to the sliding sleeve, and a limiting plate is arranged at the end of the suspension arm. The structure and the construction process of an existing iron tower are combined, and a complete working structure basically matched with the existing iron tower is arranged, so that the operation safety of iron tower construction is fully guaranteed, and the operation and construction efficiency of the iron tower is greatly improved.
