The invention relates to the technical field of building construction equipment, in particular to an early-dismantling head and an early-dismantling formwork device. The early-dismantling head comprises a top plate, a supporting column, a supporting unit, a locking unit and a pin, wherein the supporting column is connected with the top plate; the pin is arranged on the supporting column in a penetrating mode; the supporting unit and the locking unit are movably arranged on the supporting column in a sleeving manner, and the supporting unit is arranged above the locking unit; and the supportingunit is provided with a first through hole capable of avoiding the pin, the locking unit is provided with a second through hole capable of avoiding the pin, the length a of the second through hole islarger than the length of the pin, and the width b of the second through hole is smaller than the length of the pin. The invention aims to overcome the defects that the lifting range of the early-dismantling head is too narrow and the supporting reliability of the early-dismantling head is low, and provides the early-dismantling head which is large in lifting range and high in reliability.
