Mounting method of large-span annular pressure ring single-layer grid steel roof
The invention discloses a mounting method of a large-span annular pressure ring single-layer grid steel roof. The large-span annular pressure ring single-layer grid steel roof is mounted on a plurality of steel columns. The mounting method comprises the following steps of firstly, mounting an outer ring steel beam on the steel columns, and then mounting a supporting bearing platform according to the mounting position of a pressure ring, wherein at least three supporting units are arranged, all the supporting units are located below the pressure ring and evenly distributed along the circumference of the pressure ring, and every two adjacent supporting units are connected through a connecting rod. Each supporting unit comprises a base, supporting frames arranged on the base and top bearing platforms arranged at the top end of the supporting frame, wherein the supporting frames are formed by arranging a plurality of standard sections up and down; and then a jack is placed on each top bearing platform of a supporting bearing platform, the pressure ring is placed on the jack, the working height of the jack is adjusted to enable the pressure ring to reach the designed elevation, and thena full-length main steel beam, an inner ring steel beam, inner side auxiliary steel beams and outer side auxiliary steel beams are sequentially mounted. The mounting method is high in mounting efficiency and low in cost.
