The invention discloses a rapid construction method for building a wall body. The rapid construction method comprises the steps that a worker places equipment on the wall and enables the equipment tobe clamped and mounted on the wall by adjusting an advancing mounting device; the distance between the bottom end of a laying assembly and the top of the wall is adjusted; a mortar conveying mechanismguides cement mortar to be conveyed into a mounting barrel shell; an advancing driving mechanism drives the equipment to move in the length extension direction of the wall at a constant speed, and inthe process, the cement mortar is evenly laid to the top of the wall through the bottom end of the laying assembly; when the equipment moves to a terminal point, the advancing driving mechanism drives the equipment to move reversely in the length extension direction of the wall until the cement mortar is uniformly laid on the covered part of the wall through the equipment at the terminal point ofthe wall; and the equipment is moved away, brick wall-building treatment is conducted on the top of the wall, after brick wall-building treatment is completed, the cement mortar laying process and the brick wall-building process are repeated again, and the process is repeated.
