The method comprises the following construction steps: step S110, steel bar plantingconstruction: newly adding beams, plates and columns in building engineering, chiseling the position of a newly-poured beam for steel bar planting, and removing sundries and a decorative layer on thesurface of a steel bar planting component; S120, building a steel bar structure: building the steel bar structure on the newly-added beams, plates and columns; S130, pasting carbon fiber cloth, and carbon fibers are pasted at the outer sides of the beams and the plates for reinforcement; S140, performing shear wall steel cladding: cutting a door opening hole in a basement retaining wall for steelcladding reinforcement; and S150, performing beam steel bonding reinforcement: bonding angle steel to an original beam of constructional engineering, and performing pressurizing and fixing. The methodhas the beneficial effects that different types of reinforcing methods are selected for different building structures, and a proper interface processing technology is adopted, so that the reinforcingeffect of the building is improved.
