The invention relates to an anti-step-missing adjustable side slope construction stairway channel. The anti-step-missing adjustable side slope construction stairway channel comprises a plurality of first supporting stand columns vertically mounted on a bottom concrete platform; a plurality of second supporting stand columns vertically mounted on a top concrete platform; a rest platform horizontally mounted on the second supporting stand columns; two ladder beams obliquely arranged according to the side slope angle, wherein the upper ends of the ladder beams are connected to the bottom of the rest platform, and the lower ends of the ladder beams are connected to the first supporting stand columns; and a plurality of pedals mounted on the ladder beams at intervals, wherein the pedals are inserted between the two ladder beams in an angle-adjustable mode. According to the construction stairway channel provided by the invention, the pedals are adjusted to be horizontal through adjusting plates so as to meet the construction requirements of side slopes with different gradients.
