The invention discloses a sealing structure of a door and window. The sealing structure comprises a window frame, an edge strip is integrally formed at the rear portion of the inner side of the windowframe, a window sash is installed at one side of the front face of the window frame, a glass plate and a handle are installed in the window sash, a containing groove is formed at the side, away fromthe window sash, of the inner side of the window frame, and a propelling mechanism is installed in the containing groove. A push rod of the propelling mechanism is connected with a push block, a slopeis arranged at the end, away from the push rod, of the push block, and a groove is formed around the front face of the window sash. According to the sealing structure of the door and window, after the window sash and the edge strip are buckled through the handle, the push block is pushed to contract through the propelling mechanism, the slope on the push block can abut against the side face, awayfrom the handle, of the window sash, and the gap between the window sash and the edge strip is gradually reduced under the action of the slope along with gradual pushing out of the push block, so that a protruding part of a sealing strip is attached to the surface of the edge strip more tightly, sealing is tighter, the heat preservation, heat insulation and sound insulation performance is improved, and the comfort of a house is improved.
