The invention discloses an auxiliary switching device for a faucet in a hospital. The auxiliary switching device comprises a water outlet guide pipe, a connecting sleeve is formed at the upper end ofthe water outlet guide pipe, a transverse driving shaft is inserted into the water outlet guide pipe, the two ends of the driving shaft extend out of the water outlet guide pipe to be fixedly providedwith driving belt wheels in inserted and sleeved manners, and a shifting piece is formed on the driving shaft in the water outlet guide pipe; the lower end of the shifting piece exposes out of the lower end surface of the water outlet guide pipe; supporting columns are fixedly connected to the outer walls of the two sides of the connecting sleeve, inclined supporting rods are fixedly connected tothe supporting columns, two sets of V-shaped overturning frames are inserted between the inclined supporting rods, transverse supporting shafts are formed at the lower ends of the overturning frames,and the supporting shafts are inserted into the upper ends of the inclined supporting rods and penetrate through the inclined supporting rods to be fixedly provided with driven belt wheels in inserted and sleeved manners; and the driven belt wheels are connected with the driving belt wheels through transmission belts.
