The invention discloses a data center cabinet heat dissipation system, and the system comprises a controller, a main inlet, a temperature detector for detecting the temperature of each heat dissipation area, and a plurality of refrigerant radiators which are respectively distributed in each heat dissipation area so as to dissipate heat of a heating part in the current heat dissipation area; an inlet of each refrigerant radiator is communicated with the main inlet through a flow regulating valve, and the controller controls the opening degree of the corresponding flow regulating valve accordingto the temperature value, detected by the temperature detector, in each radiating area. According to the data center cabinet heat dissipation system, the different heat dissipation areas are arranged, the refrigerant radiators are arranged in the heat dissipation areas respectively, and the flow adjusting valves are correspondingly arranged, so the controller can accurately control the corresponding refrigerant radiators to improve the heat dissipation efficiency according to the detection effect of the temperature detector, so as to improve the use efficiency of the refrigerant, and heat dissipation is conducted more effectively. The invention further discloses a data center chamber comprising the data center cabinet heat dissipation system.
