The invention relates to a fireproof heat preserving composite integral board production process. The process comprises the steps that, cement paste and mortar are prepared, the cement paste is evenlycoated on the surfaces of an A-level fireproof heat preserving board and an extruded polystyrene board, the surfaces coated with the cement paste of the A-level fireproof heat preserving board and the extruded polystyrene board are bond together, the thickness is 0.5 to 1 millimeter, and the boards are moved to a next station; a plastic isolating film is laid on a conveyor belt, a layer of the mortar and a layer of gridding cloth are laid, the composite fireproof board and the polystyrene board are sprayed with the cement paste in the moving process and are moved to the convey belt laid withthe mortar and the gridding cloth, and the cement paste is coated in the station moving process; a gridding cloth is coated with cement paste in a rolling mode, a layer of cement mortar is laid, a roller shaft is used to scrape and press, a layer of plastic isolating film is laid, the gridding cloth is moved to a next station for vibration pressing, and the plastic isolating film and the griddingcloth are cut in the next station; and cutting and drilled hole maintenance are conducted. According to the process, surface overturning is not required, procedures including binding, laying and gluing, scraping and wiping on three surfaces at the top, middle and bottom are completed at one time, secondary maintenance is not required, labor cost is saved by half, and the production efficiency is high.
