A rack for binding a bottom plate web reinforcement framework of a precast box beam comprises a plurality of support units, two longitudinal beams, at least two first reinforcement supports which areparallel with each other, two second reinforcement supports and a plurality of third reinforcement supports. Each support unit is of a rectangular U-shaped structure; the multiple support units are arranged side by side, and the projections of the support units coincide; and the two longitudinal beams are connected with the tops of the multiple support units so as to form an elongated rectangularU-shaped structure. The bottoms of the multiple support units are connected through the first reinforcement supports and the second reinforcement supports to form a bottom plate reinforcement supportportion, and a plurality of reinforcement locating slots which are spaced mutually are formed in each first reinforcement support; and the reinforcement locating slots are aligned horizontally and longitudinally. The third reinforcement supports are of a comb structure, and each third reinforcement support is arranged on one side of the corresponding support unit in a detachable mode; and the lateral parts of the multiple support units and the multiple third reinforcement supports form a web reinforcement support portion jointly.
