The preparation method comprises the following steps: weighing the raw materials in parts by weight, putting the weighed raw materials into a ball mill, performing milling for 48-72 hours, performing filtration with a 80-120-mesh sieve, adding the purified water, and performing uniform stirring so as to obtain the product.
