Magnetic powder modified asphaltic mastic and preparation method thereof
The invention discloses magnetic powder modified asphaltic mastic and a preparation method thereof. The magnetic powder modified asphaltic mastic is prepared from the components in percentage by mass:0.5%-85.0% of magnetic powder, 15.0%-30.0% of asphalt, 0.5%-85.0% of mineral powder and 0.0%-2.0% of a surfactant. The magnetic powder modified asphaltic mastic is mainly used for a buffer layer of asteel bridge deck asphalt pavement structure; magnetic powder is magnetized by adopting an external magnetic field of a magnetizer after the paving is finished; the comprehensive effects of powder modification, magnetic bonding and magnetic hardening of the magnetized magnetic powder are realized, and the strength and stiffness of the magnetized buffer layer are improved; and on the basis of physicochemical bonding of a traditional pavement structure, magnetic bonding between the buffer layer and the steel bridge deck is additionally increased, and the rigidity difference is reduced, so thatinterlayer bonding, deformation compliance and durability of the steel bridge deck pavement structure are enhanced. The magnetic powder modified asphaltic mastic can also be used for technologies of pavement stress absorption layers, anti-cracking layers and the like.
