The invention discloses a waterproof glass magnesium floor base material which comprises, by weight, 30%-40% of magnesium oxide, 10%-20% of magnesium chloride, 15%-25% of water, 5%-15% of wood flour and 0.1%-10% of low-molecular-weight copolymer with the molecular weight lower than 10,000. Therefore, the waterproof performance and the water resistance of the base material are improved. The invention further provides a manufacturing method of the waterproof glass magnesium floor base material.
