The invention discloses an ultrahigh-temperature ceramic coating and a composite material and a preparation method thereof, and the preparation method of the ultrahigh-temperature ceramic coating comprises the following steps: pretreating raw material powder mixed according to a preset proportion to obtain pretreated powder; carrying out plasma spheroidization on the pretreated powder to obtain solid solution-like powder; and spraying the solid solution-like powder on the surface of the matrix by adopting vacuum plasma spraying to obtain the solid solution coating. With application of the method, the liquidity, the density and the solid-solution-like powder yield of the ultrahigh-temperature ceramic powder are greatly improved; preliminary solution sintering of powder components is completed under the condition that it is guaranteed that raw materials are not decomposed, meanwhile, the spraying efficiency and the coating quality of the ceramic coating are improved, and the mixed complex-phase ultrahigh-temperature ceramic powder can directly form the ultrahigh-temperature ceramic coating with the solid solution property.
本发明公开了一种超高温陶瓷涂层及其复合材料、制备方法,其中,超高温陶瓷涂层的制备方法的步骤包括:将按照预设比例混合的原料粉末预处理,得到预处理粉末;对预处理粉末进行等离子球化,得到类固溶粉末;采用真空等离子喷涂将类固溶粉末喷涂在基体表面,得到固溶涂层。通过该方法,大幅提高了超高温陶瓷粉末的流动性、致密度、类固溶粉体产率,在保证原材料不被分解的条件下完成粉末组分初步固溶烧结,同时提高了陶瓷涂层的喷涂效率以及涂层质量,使得混合复相的超高温陶瓷粉末可以直接形成具有固溶性质的超高温陶瓷涂层。
