Carbon fiber composite material and preparation method thereof
The invention provides a carbon fiber composite material and a preparation method thereof, wherein the carbon fiber composite material comprises asphalt-based carbon fibers and polyacrylonitrile-basedcarbon fibers, and the weight ratio of the asphalt-based carbon fibers to the polyacrylonitrile-based carbon fibers is (3-5):1. The preparation method comprises the following steps: (1) preparing a carbon fiber preform: alternately stacking and laying one layer of asphalt-based carbon fibers and three layers of polyacrylonitrile-based carbon fibers, and weaving through a needling process to obtain the carbon fiber preform; (2) performing vapor deposition on the carbon fiber preform obtained in the step (1) to obtain a carbon fiber carbon deposition layer; and (3) carrying out high-temperatureheat treatment on the carbon fiber carbon deposition layer obtained in the step (2) to obtain the carbon fiber composite material. According to the invention, the carbon fiber composite material is good in resistance uniformity, the cold resistance value is not increased basically in the using process, and the stability is good.
本发明提供了一种碳纤维复合材料和制备方法,所述碳纤维复合材料,包括沥青基碳纤维和聚丙烯腈基碳纤维,所述沥青基碳纤维和聚丙烯腈基碳纤维的重量比为3‑5:1,所述制备方法包括:(1)碳纤维预制体的制备:按一层沥青基碳纤维三层聚丙烯腈基碳纤维交替叠加铺层,并通过针刺工艺编织,得到所述碳纤维预制体;(2)在步骤(1)得到的碳纤维预制体上进行气相沉积,得到碳纤维碳沉积层;(3)将步骤(2)得到的碳纤维碳沉积层进行高温热处理,得到所述碳纤维复合材料。本发明的碳纤维复合材料电阻的均匀性好,且使用过程中冷态电阻值基本不升高,稳定性好。
