The invention discloses a machine-made sand improved high-liquid-limit soil roadbed filling construction method. The method comprises the following steps that 1, filling and leveling; 2, measuring andsetting out; 3, transporting the filler; 4, feeding; 5, mixing and leveling; step 6, rolling; and 7, layered filling. Indoor tests are carried out on the pavement performance of the machine-made sandimproved high-liquid-limit soil, meanwhile, the field rolling construction technological process is discussed in combination with test results, the machine-made sand improved high-liquid-limit soil treatment method is provided, and a set of complete machine-made sand improved high-liquid-limit soil roadbed filling construction method is formed through summarization. Reference is provided for high-liquid-limit soil subgrade construction in similar areas or projects. Through verification of two projects, the machine-made sand is adopted to improve the high-liquid-limit soil filling roadbed so that the filling quality is guaranteed, the construction cost is reduced, and the construction period is shortened.
本发明公开一种机制砂改良高液限土路基填筑施工方法,本发明提供的方法包括下面步骤:步骤1:填筑整平;步骤2:测量放样;步骤3:填料运输;步骤4:上料;步骤5:拌和整平;步骤6:碾压;步骤7:分层填筑。本发明对机制砂改良高液限土的路用性能进行了室内试验,同时结合试验成果探讨了现场碾压施工工艺流程,提出了一种机制砂改良高液限土处理方法,并总结形成了一套完整的机制砂改良高液限土路基填筑施工工法。为类似地区或者工程的高液限土路基施工提供借鉴。通过两个项目验证,采用机制砂改良高液限土填筑路基既保证了填筑质量,又降低了工程造价,还节省工期。
