According to the invention, equipment does not need to move on the surface of a bridge through the movement device, so that the equipment is prevented from interfering with running of vehicles coming and going on the bridge, the position, which needs to be maintained, of the pier is machined throughthe maintenance device, manual auxiliary machining is not needed, and the working efficiency of the equipment is improved.
