The invention discloses overhead rigid landfill leachate collection-guidance-drainage device. The overhead rigid landfill leachate collection-guidance-drainage device is characterized in that the device comprises a leachate collection layer, a leachate seepage prevention layer, a leachate leakage detection pipe and a leachate guidance and drainage pipe. Landfill materials enter a landfill unit ofa rigid landfill through a feeding system, and leachate generated in the landfill unit is collected to a collection pipe opening at the bottom center of the landfill unit from a certain gradient through the leachate collection layer, and is guided to a leachate collection pit by gravity through the leachate guidance and drainage pipe. The leachate leakage detection pipe can timely find out whetherthe leachate seepage prevention layer is damaged or not, and remedial measures are timely taken to prevent environmental pollution around a reservoir area caused by leachate leakage. According to thedevice, the leachate generated by the rigid landfill system is collected, detected, guided and drained, so that a completely closed state of a pollutant intermediate process is achieved, the transportation and maintenance efficiency is greatly improved, and the environmental pollution risk is reduced.
本发明公开了一种架空式刚性填埋场渗沥液收集‑导排装置,其特征在于所述装置包括渗沥液收集层、渗沥液防渗层、渗沥液检漏管及渗沥液导排管。填埋物料通过进料系统进入刚性填埋场的填埋单元,填埋单元内产生的渗沥液经渗沥液收集层由一定的坡度汇集至填埋单元库底中心的收集管口,由渗沥液导排管重力导排至渗沥液收集坑。渗沥液检漏管能及时发现渗沥液防渗层是否破损,及时采取补救措施防止渗沥液渗漏造成库区周边环境污染。本发明是通过对刚性填埋场系统产生的渗沥液进行收集、检漏与导排,达到污染物中间过程完全密闭状态,并极大提高运管维修效率,降低环境污染风险的目的。
