Spontaneous combustion gangue lightweight aggregate concrete composite floor slab and preparation method
The invention belongs to an assembled integral precast concrete member, and relates to a spontaneous combustion gangue lightweight aggregate concrete composite floor slab and a preparation method thereof. The spontaneous combustion gangue lightweight aggregate concrete composite floor slab is composed of a prefabricated bottom plate and a post-cast laminated layer located on the prefabricated bottom plate and is prepared by mixing spontaneous combustion gangue coarse aggregate and/or spontaneous combustion gangue fine aggregate with lightweight aggregate concrete. The preparation method of theprefabricated bottom plate comprises the processes of material preparation, spontaneous combustion coal gangue crushing, screening and grading, formwork erecting, steel bar machining, lightweight aggregate pre-wetting, stirring, pouring, galling, maintaining, formwork removing and the like. The preparation method of the post-cast laminated layer comprises the processes of hoisting, positioning, formwork erecting, binding, pre-burying, surface moistening, casting and tamping and maintaining. According to the preparation method, resource utilization of the gangue in assembly of the integral prefabricated concrete member is achieved, the composite floor slab is low in manufacturing cost, light in self weight, good in integrity and good in heat preservation and insulation performance, the requirements of green and energy-saving buildings are met, and the composite floor slab has wide market application prospects.
本发明属于装配整体式预制混凝土构件,涉及一种自燃煤矸石轻集料混凝土叠合楼板及其制备方法。该自燃煤矸石轻集料混凝土叠合楼板由预制底板和位于预制底板上的后浇叠合层组成,通过使用自燃煤矸石粗集料和/或自燃煤矸石细集料,拌制轻集料混凝土制备而成。预制底板的制备方法包括:备料,自燃煤矸石破碎、筛分和级配,支模,钢筋加工,轻集料预湿,以及搅拌、浇筑、拉毛、养护及拆模等过程。后浇叠合层的制备方法包括:吊运、定位、支模、绑扎、预埋、润面、浇捣及养护过程。本发明实现了煤矸石在装配整体式预制混凝土构件中的资源化利用,且叠合楼板造价低、自重轻、整体性好、保温隔热性好,符合绿色、节能建筑要求,具有广阔的市场应用前景。
