The invention discloses a reinforced steel structure bearing beam and an assembly process thereof. The bearing beam structurally comprises a base, supporting columns are connected to the four cornersof the upper surface of the base in a height mode, grooves are formed in the upper surfaces of the supporting columns, damping springs are connected to the inner bottom walls of the grooves in a height mode, a bearing face plate is fixedly connected to the tops of the damping springs, a bearing column is fixedly connected to the center of the upper surface of the base, a limiting spring is fixedlyconnected to the top end of the bearing column, and the top of the limiting spring is fixedly connected with the center of the lower surface of the bearing face plate. According to the bearing beam,through cross rods and inclined supporting plates on the supporting columns, the bearing beam is not prone to deform in the using process, and the gravity borne by the supporting columns is effectively dispersed, so that an upper limit of the gravity borne by the bearing beam is increased, and then the bearing effect is effectively improved; and through the damping springs and the bearing face plate on the supporting columns and the bearing column and the limiting spring on the base, the bearing beam can effectively receive shaking of a wall due to construction within a certain range in the using process, so that the stability of the wall is effectively improved, and the wall is prevented from falling down.
