Construction method for connecting vertical steel bars of shear wall at every other layer
The invention relates to a construction method for connecting vertical steel bars of a shear wall at every other layer. The method comprises the following steps of: 1, picture recognition, specifically, the floor height of a ground structure, the standard type of the vertical steel bars of a wall body of the shear wall and the longitudinal steel bar spacing are known well; 2: determining the floorwhere vertical steel bar joints of the wall body are located, arranging the joint positions of the vertical steel bars of the wall body on odd numbered floors such as the first, third and fifth floors, canceling vertical steel bar joints of even numbered floors such as the second, fourth and sixth floors, or feeding according to twice the layer height, and increasing the lap joint length for binding lap joints; 3: determining the steel bar feeding size, specifically, the wall steel bars are fed according to the construction drawing, the feeding length is 2 times of the layer height except forthe length of a non-connecting area of the first layer, and the steel bar joints of the longitudinal reinforcing steel bars are arranged to be connected at every other layer. According to the method,the construction process is simplified, the material cost of the steel bar joints, the labor cost of manufacturing and installing are saved, and the joints comprise binding joints, straight threadedsleeve joints and the like.
本发明涉及一种剪力墙竖向钢筋“隔一搭一”的施工方法,包括步骤一:识图:熟悉地上结构的层高、剪力墙墙体竖向钢筋的规格型号及纵向钢筋间距;步骤二:确定墙体竖向钢筋接头所在楼层:将墙体竖向钢筋的接头位置布置在第1、3、5等奇数层,将2、4、6等偶数层的竖向钢筋接头取消,或者按照2倍的层高进行下料,绑扎搭接接头还需增加一个搭接长度;步骤三:确定钢筋下料尺寸:根据施工图纸进行墙体钢筋的下料,除首层的非连接区长度外,下料长度为2倍的层高,将纵向钢筋的钢筋接头设置为隔一层连接一层。本发明简化施工流程,节省钢筋接头的材料成本和制作安装的人工成本,包括绑扎接头、直螺纹套筒接头等接头。
