Righting method of back-twist tower crane
The invention discloses a righting method of a back-twist tower crane. The righting method includes the following steps that S1, the back-twist tower is transported and lay on an installation site; S2, hoisting points are selected on the two ends of the back-twist tower correspondingly; S3, a main crane and a first auxiliary crane are connected to the hoisting point at the top of the back-twist tower, and a second auxiliary crane is connected to the hoisting point at the bottom of the back-twist tower; S4, the main crane, the first auxiliary crane and the second auxiliary crane work, and the back-twist tower is hoisted in a horizontal state to a predetermined height; S5, the main crane and the first auxiliary crane continue to raise, and the second auxiliary crane descends and lays a rod to enable the back-twist tower to rotate to a vertical state; and S6, the main crane puts the vertical back-twist tower on an installation position of the installation site. The back-twist tower is layon the installation site as a whole, and then the back-twist tower is integrally righted by the cranes; and compared with a vertical section construction, the operation is simple, the operation is safe, the high-altitude operation is reduced, and the construction risks and construction cost can be reduced.
