The multifunctional treatment device for the electric pole comprises a vehicle body, an earth cutting device and a poleerecting device; the vehicle body comprises a box body and rolling wheels, the rolling wheels are installed on the lower portion of the box body, a working table top capable of rotating relative to the box body is arranged at the upper end of the box body, and the earth cutting device and the pole erecting device are installed on the two sides of the table top; the central position of the bottomof the table top is inwards sunken to form a first circular track with a circular point in the center of the table top, the box body is provided with a second circular track symmetrical to the table top, and the first circular track and the second circular track are connected through a rotary connecting device so as to drive the table top to rotate relative to the box body. According to the multifunctional treatment device for the electric pole, earth cutting and pole erecting/removing are organically combined, and the position and the earth cutting depth in the earth cutting process can be controlled; and meanwhile, the electric pole can be driven to move in the horizontal position in the pole erecting and removing process, and meanwhile, the electric pole can be grabbed in the horizontalposition.
