Pin shaft assembly and excavator
The invention provides a pin shaft assembly and an excavator. The pin shaft assembly comprises a pin shaft, a metal block and a fixing part, and the pin shaft assembly is used for connecting a movingpart with a first basic part and a second basic part. The pin shaft sequentially passes through the first basic part, the moving part and the second basic part. One end of the pin shaft is provided with a boss to achieve axial positioning of the left end; and the other end of the pin shaft is provided with a through hole, and the fixing part is mounted on the other end of the pin shaft to achieveaxial positioning of the right end. The first basic part is provided with the metal block, and the metal block and the boss form a clamping structure, so that the circumferential positioning of the pin shaft is realized. By adopting the axial positioning structures at the two ends, the axial stress of the pin shaft is improved; the fixing part is mounted on the pin shaft, and compared with the mode that a shaft collar or a positioning sleeve is welded to the second basic part in the prior art, the shearing force on a fixing column in the fixing part is smaller, so that the service life of thewhole assembly is prolonged; and meanwhile, the clamping structure formed by the metal block and the boss of the pin shaft is adopted to realize circumferential positioning, and assembling or installing is easy to achieve compared with the prior art.
本申请提供了一种销轴组件及挖掘机,包括销轴、金属块、固定件,用于连接运动部件与第一基本部件、第二基本部件。销轴依次穿设第一连基本部件、运动部件、第二基本部件。销轴一端设置有凸台,以实现左端轴向定位;销轴的另一端开设有通孔,其上安装有固定件,以实现右端轴向定位。第一基本部件上设置有金属块,金属块与凸台形成卡位结构,实现销轴的周向定位。通过采用两端轴向定位的结构,改善销轴的轴向受力,而且固定件是安装在销轴上,固定件中固定柱受到的剪切力比现有技术中轴环或者定位套焊接在第二基本部件上的方式小,延长整个组件的寿命;同时采用金属块与销轴的凸台形成的卡位结构,实现周向定位,比现有技术装配或者安装简单。
